Geography: Slovakia is a country located in central Europe. The land has a vast amount of rugged mountains which are rich with minerals with vast forests. The dominant mountain in Slovakia is the Carpathian Mountains, with lowland regions in the southern region. Slovakia isn't that big of a country, only being 18,859 square miles, which is the size of about two Marylands.

Government: The government for the country of Slovakia is a parliamentary democracy. The president of Slovakia at the moment is Ivan Gasparovic. And the prime minister of Slovakia at the moment also is Iveta Radicova.

Population: The population of Slovakia (according the 2010 Census) is 5,470,306 people.

Languages: The languages in Slovakia are Slovak 84% (official language), Hungarian 11%, Roma 2%, and Ukrainian 1%

Literacy Race: Slovakia is a pretty smart country, having a literacy rate of 99.6%.

For those of you who don't know what futsal is, futsal is basically soccer played indoors. Five players play on each side and the game is played with a futsal ball, which is a harder soccer ball. Nations all around the world play futsal.
